I usually shoot journey photos using my Pentax K-1 II DSLR, for easy shooting , I always use HD PENTAX-D FA 28–105mm F3.5–5.6 ED DC WR.

I usually use RAW format for shooting, but I am now using a new ways to edit my RAW, because Photoshop and Lightroom seem to be not enough to suit my need.

This is the original raw image(not Edited)from Pentax K-1 and shoot using HD PENTAX-D FA 28–105mm F3.5–5.6 ED DC WR(Scene: Nantun Taiwan)

You can see the above photo is ok , but the color is dull. It simply not colorful and saturation not enough.

After editing, the image perform better in contrast and saturation.

for Comparison, below is photoshop direct edit result.

How to edit a raw image in minutes:

  1. First , find a place to store the image , I use Apple Photos.
  2. Open in Adobe Camera RAW, if the lens have lens profiles , correct vignetting and distortion.
  3. Open in Luminar 4, use AI image Enhancer and fade the effects to 80%.
  4. Open in Topaz Denoise Ai, use auto setting to make the image clear.
  5. Finish.

*Please note that this method best for my image editing work flow, but may be you need a fast computer , especially Topaz Denoise Ai, it use approx. 1Mins to edit every image.
